Breakfast at Ina’s Receives Audience Award at Atlanta Jewish Film Festival

The team at Daisy May Films is thrilled to announce that “Breakfast at Ina’s” has been given the Audience Award for Best Documentary Film at the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival.

Currently in its 17th year, the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival is now considered the largest Jewish film festival in the country, with 70 films screened and an overall audience of over 30,000 people.

To say we’re in a state of ecstatic disbelief would be an understatement. Thank you to the Atlanta Jewish Film Festival and its audiences!

World Premiere of “Breakfast at Ina’s” at Chicago International Film Festival

It was a truly magical day for the team at Daisy May Films as we shared our latest film, “Breakfast at Ina’s” with our first real audience at the 51st Chicago International Film Festival on October 18th.

Director Mercedes Kane, producer Sanghoon Lee and most of the film’s crew sat near protagonist Ina Pinkney in the audience, and we could all feel the energy and emotion pulsating throughout the packed theater. The credits rolled and to our surprise, the audience rose for a standing ovation.

We cannot thank the festival, the audience and our star, Ina enough for this surreal experience. More to come!
